IMPORTANT: P1 W1MAX DV230 Modem Firmware Update

We are currently updating the firmware of your P1 W1MAX DV230 modem. This update exercise will begin on 12 October 2009 (approximately 1 month).

For this purpose, please leave your P1 W1MAX modem switched on for the next 24 hours starting from 12 October 09 to complete the necessary updates. During the update, you will see the 3 LED lights blinking for about 8 – 10 minutes and you will not be able to surf the Internet.

Once your modem is successfully upgraded, you can continue to enjoy P1 W1MAX services and use your modem as per normal. This upgrade affects DV230 P1 W1MAX modems.

The new firmware upgrade is to ensure you, continuously enjoy good surfing experience with P1 W1MAX.
