Hi HydrogenCan,
This shows that you have not done enough experiments with your Hydrogencan. If all the required safety measurement incorporated into your system then don't need to worry. What would be the worst scenario? Explode? I think you have flashback arrestor to counter this problem. Even explode, your cell made from SS canister which should be able to absorb the impact.
If you say, if the cell temperature reaches over threshold you set, ok I agree of using micro controler to shutoff the power for the cell until cool down and then start automatically. Or use to shutoff cell when pressure build up.
To take it as negative comment. I'm trying to point out things which you should concentrate more... Cell...
No problem, I understand ur point.
And I has mention, the cell design of HC(Hydrogencan) is done, it run 2 hrs maintain at 35c, the gas production is stabile as how it is during start, I aspect it will be the same for 6 hrs, but domestic user, 2hrs should be rite
, the electrode have not wear out.
Note, to create anti flashback is simple as any sealed container with sufficient deep of water will do, no doubt.
But would the user know when the bubler has gone out of water, how long do they need to top up, would they forget ?
See the point here,
U mentioned my HC "should" be able to sustain the impact, but I had already tested the impact bfr posted here, by create a spark in it,
I heard a small "bang", and the cell was not able to open until I unscrew all the bolt, due to explosion has created
a vacuum power in the cell,
Do u test if that the cell created vapor instead of gas HHO? We has tested this by burning it outside the cell(do this on ur own risk) .
So, do you want to eliminate any chances of flash back under the hood, low impact ? Did u tested the impact when driving at 100kmj and let the explosion
happen ? What if the driver not u? or other driver maybe an old nanny, or a prenant lady ? I dunno, do you knw ?
If from DIY point of view, yes, all the monitoring can be put a side, but when the product reach out the public, do we want to allow any chances of failure? or try to eliminate all as we can ?
and do it as friendly as we can by giving it value added ?
Note, Im not selling this to any Tom and Harry before I can convince myself that they know how to manage the product,
and pointing out this is to educate everyone from not buying a scam that already has happened.
Again, if in DIY basis, pls ignore all above
