adakah speed HDD 7200rpm seperti dalam gambar dibawah..
laptop aku sangat slow.. bile check hdd sentiasa run at 100%

If you understand Enlgish (I bet you do) better to backup some needed files from that HDD and simply install some SSD even to SATA 2 ports if you have them, it will be real performance increase than anything else. Especially with current prices on them.

I have Samsung 750GB HDD SATA 2 from like 2008 and still working on him for example at the moment. It's still works wonders and speeds I have seen on tests were like 100-120 mbps or so, I suppose that all of this is correct and fine. You can change it to SATA3 if you want to, but that will need whole PC change

I am not even damn sure about what are you really talking about here ? You do make something like that totally and completely. I can't even understand from which this thing are really going. Your speed is SATA 2 no matter how hard you put it in.
