global support specialist - chinese speaker (basic gaji starting from RM3k)

- conference service provider company (bleh view arkadin.com.my utk info company. )
- experience in contct centre or customer service field with good track record is highly2 advantage (jarang MC/EL)
- base in kl (city centre)
- shift basis (this is interesting part sbb working hours dikira 12hrs shift (8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am), so hari bekerja dikira 2 days work then 2 days off... even that so , keja x stress n quite flexible, so 8 jam tu mmg x terasa pun ...
- dekat dgn public transport (LRT dang wangi / raja chulan / bukit nenas)
- language requirement : english + mandarin/kantonese

language requirement is not racism issue but the company is supporting global market where most customer from china/french barely can speak in english.

- salary basic starting from RM3k. (plus allowances/OT can up to 4k)


special requirement : since bos aku ni very fussy nak ambik pekerja , selain dari skills n qualification dia nak org yg senang mingle with everybody ...

usually time interview dia akan place candidate utk duduk dengan team CS yg lain utk dpt 'feel' at the workplace n to see if the person can easily mingle with the team...

perm.. but stil akan ada probation period i think 3 months cmtu..

ni customer service job but will be supporting to assist global customers from oversea..

but in the current time are looking for cndidate yg bleh speak english dgn mandarin/cantonese sbb mostly cust from these countries having hard time to communicate in english..
