-Degree / Diploma holders
-2 - years working experience in Outbound Telesales (80% calls 20% digitally)
-Fluent in English as clientele is English background

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-Sell insurance products by interacting with customers using webchat and outbound calls
-Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through the execution of an effective online selling process
-Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via live web chat and outbound calls
-Meet and achieve KPIs on a daily and monthly basis based on total live chats handle, average handling time, abandoned rate and total sale achieved
-Adhere to Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines to comply with the company standards on chats quality
-Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
