Today: 21.09.2009. And myfriend could not withdraw his money (2576,43USD) from fxopen. He has no open position since 1.09.2009 and waiting for withdraw.

And this is pending screenshot in which the verification e-mails are never sent!

There is no verification e-mail is sent from cabinet. Since fxopen sugested us to change our e-mail servers, We tried 3 different unrelated e-mail addresses. In everytime,
fxopen wanted us to supply ID documents to change e-mail.
They are just delaying us.

I want you to be informed all the details of this story.

Betul lah aku rasa teknikal probelm tu.

Aku pernah mengalami masalah yg sama kat fxopen ni. DUA MINGGU aku withdraw, duit tak keluar2. Yang peliknya dorang tak bagi tau pulak dalam email masalah apa. Aku rasa memang sebijik macam masalah dia ni.

Setelah aku selidiki betul2 rupanya masa aku email dorang aku lupa attach scan buku bank (scan buku bank memang kena attach setiap kali withdraw).

Lepas aku attach scan buku bank, besok dah masuk fulus kat bank.
Aku rasalah technical problem ni.

Here are the email server logs showing that a confirmation email was indeed sent from fxopen and that receipt of said email was confirmed by gmail. That this email was not received by the client is impossible.

Now, about this screenshot of yours. How is it you were able to receive and send internal transfers to and from account number 208467 which also require email confirmations??

This issue has now been solved. The account owner has successfully received and clicked on the link in the withdrawal confirmation email so the payment may now be made.

Here is the story of the gmail log for the truth to be known:

From the log above my friend noticed e-mails are sent to [email protected]. But receiver's real e-mail address is [email protected] (with double 'l'). So this explains why he could not receive verification e-mail.Although this mistake (of probably us) explains only the last email address verification failure, thanks to Jafar for fixing it. Now verification is done. And my friend is waiting for the payment as FXFrench said.


Clearifying the question above: While transferring money from standard account to ECN account, my friend was receiving verification e-mails. So this shows that the first e-mail address can not be mistyped by my friend or by fxopen. But when he wanted to withdraw real money, he could not receive verification e-mails.

I will inform you if/when his money(2576,43usd) is transferred.
