As I understand your friend do not like ******* withdrawal rules for local bank and time it takes. I want to clarify that ******* group have over 10000 funded accounts (which was announced in the last FXM meeting with the Clients). Several hundreds of withdrawals are made each day and this is not the job of 1 person. As I know about FXM local withdrawals it is so:
1) All withdrawals via local bank are processed during 48 hours from Monday to Friday (no withdrawals during the weekends are processed). For example: usually, if Client make a request before 10PM on Monday night...the next day on Tuesday before 6PM in the evening he will get his/her money in bank.
2) There is no commission for local withrawal. Withdrawal rate is 3.30 RM per USD. If the Clients do not like such exchange rate he/she can use any other withdrawal method listed in MyFXOpen/******* area. For example, Debit cards for withdrawal will be added during next several weeks so Client will be able to withdrawal direct from Debit card from any ATM machine or use card for purchasing goods.
I like to mention that we follow all security rules + phone call verification for some of withdrawals which is a part of our security policy.

As a conclusion I would like to ask your friend to give his account's numbers so I can make personal check if there was any mistake made by ******* or FXOpen side, without this information I can not help you and your post doesn't give any real information at all.

Make a right choice before tell that something good or bad.

Saya ada beberapa kesangsian dgn statement tersebut :-
1) Mereka cuba menggagalkan permohonan withdrawal
2) tidak boleh pula membuat pengeluaran wang dua akaun atau lebih dalam masa yang sama
3) ******* potong 37usd setiap akaun

Boleh jelaskan x, supaya jgn ada kekeliruan..
sbb bg yg ikut prosedure .. x ada masalah pula utk wdraw.
