EUR/USD -Technical and Market perception:
1) ADX: +DI line stays over -DI line, ADX rising and over 46. Expecting some more upward movement.
2) Daily MACD line stays over the signal line and MACD. The shot up to over a year’s high of 0.0213 indicating upward momentum. 3-hourly MACD line also crossed over the signal line.
3) The short term and mid-term trend lines indicate some downward correction but overall an upward move.
4) Ichimoku Cloud: A weak bullish signal on September 14th but a strong bullish wave. EUR/USD is continuously finding support at Tenkan-Sen level.
EUR/USD Analysis/Outlook: Break of April 12th high of 1.3691(expected strong resistance level) indicates that EUR/USD is going upwards for further gains. The short term trend lines suggest some possible downward correction towards 1.3720 before the upward movement continues towards first 1.3821 and then 1.3910 and then possibly 1.4000.
We are considering some resistance at 1.3820 and if that resistance is broken then EUR/USD should try to test the psychological resistance near 1.4000.
On the downside we expect support 1.3500/1.3520 and if that support is broken then a good support in the range of 1.3280 to 1.3336. A break below that will change our outlook from bullish to sideways for this currency pair.
Approach for trading/Strategies for EUR/USD: We are on buying side for EUR/USD. We will be buying at each downward correction and will keep an eye of the trend lines and above mentioned supports and resistance levels.
