When you extract the file, de.rar, there is another file "de" without any extension. Save that file as.rar and extract you will find all the files. I think the same goes for the other file as well.

I got what you mean...!
First.... unrar de.rar, you will get de file with no extension.
Then rename de to de.zip. Unzip it! you will get all the set files!!!
