do you constantly looking at your trading chart?

It depends on what kind of trade, what kind of stops you have, etc.
For example, if you’re scalping for 10 bps, then you should be watching the screen constantly until you close out your position.

To avoid constantly looking at your chart and not being afraid of any price deviation, trade on higher timeframes, where there is much less market noise and the price forms fairly extensive trends.

Trading with real money can trigger anxiety if we view it as "life" rather than numbers on a screen. Treating money as "bytes" or data helps detach emotionally, reducing stress. Once we manage our mindset and emotions, trading becomes more strategic and less stressful.

Spending time constantly on trading charts can also be psychologically difficult. After all, when making a large number of trades within a day, fatigue may set in and, accordingly, errors and losses may appear. Therefore, it is important not to allow such overtrading and to be able to stop in time.
