hello everyone
I'm unsure what words to use to express my gratitude for everyone's comments on the previous question, but thank you.
I was considering adding another question because I get many responses to this forum.
Do you believe that opening a position on days when you feel down is a bad idea?

Yes, it is a really bad idea to open forex positions on days when you are feeling depressed or emotionally unstable. Emotions play a major role in trading, and when you are stressed or depressed, your decisions can be distorted, increasing the risk of losses. Also, your ability to focus and analyze the market can be significantly reduced. It is important to always be able to make informed decisions based on facts and analysis, not emotions.

Trading when you're feeling down can cloud judgment and lead to emotional decisions, which often result in losses. It's crucial to approach the market with a clear, calm mindset. If you're not feeling balanced, it's better to wait until you're in a more stable state.

Emotional stability is key in trading. Stress or depression can cloud judgment and lead to poor decisions. It’s crucial to trade with a clear mind and sound analysis.

An emotionally unstable trader may increase their risks in the hope of getting back the money they lost, which leads to even greater losses. Also, continuing to trade in a bad emotional state reduces confidence in their own strengths and strategy. Therefore, on days when a trader feels depressed or emotionally overloaded, it is important to take a break to avoid large losses.

I don't participate into trading when I feel sad or bad in overall because I will likely feel worse due to losses as a result of wrong decision. I can do market analysis though, read about recent event to stay informed what is happening.

Depression or emotional instability can also contribute to making impulsive decisions, ignoring your own rules and guidelines when trading, which can lead to increased mistakes and losses.
