Overview:
CETO is a dividend-producing hourglass contract on the Tron blockchain that promotes a culture of savings and longevity. The token increases and decreases in value algorithmically with every purchase or sale, producing dividends for tokenholders through each standard 10% transaction fee.
Like a short-term retirement savings account, CETO has penalties for early withdrawal within 30 days:
sell 0-9 days, -75% principal value
sell 10-19 days, -50% principal value
sell 20-29 days, -25% principal value
sell 30+ days, receive 100% of your principal value
Strategy:
The best approach to CETO is to buy and reinvest.
As dividends are given out daily with transactions, almost everyone uses the auto-reinvest feature to automatically compound their investments to receive an even greater share of dividends. Once the 30 days are up, you are free to withdraw your full value (less 10% transaction fee, of course). However, your compounded capital will produce more than enough dividends to just leave your capital in-contract and withdraw dividends as passive income.
Community & Roadmap:
The community is growing slowly. They had a town hall/AMA a week ago where they unveiled their roadmap. It includes a wrapped CETO token derivative, a lottery game, and a community-funded "foundation" where we can participate in the revenue of future games. They seem to be focused on creating a bunch of transactional value and not just getting bodies through the door, which sounds a lot more sustainable.
