What about the RM6.6 billion given to Mara, UiTM and Yayasan Peneraju for education? When you add the allocations for MRSM, boarding schools, government aided religious schools, tahfiz schools, people and private religious schools, registered pondok religious schools etc.and given the fact that most national and national type schools are majority Malays/Muslims, then the Malays/Muslims have received allocations way beyond their 50.2% of the population excluding the natives of Sabah and Sarawak.

“Bukannya sekadar bersifat pukul rata...

Not sure if the figures are correct. But if they are, he is comparing rambutans with durians when he mentioned that the amount an independent HIGH school receives is about 6 times more than a national PRIMARY school. Why is he not comparing what an independent HIGH school gets with a national SECONDARY school? Another thing. Is there a typo in this report that an Indian primary school receives RM11,299? I doubt this figure is correct. But If it is correct, it may be because Indian primary schools have been in neglect by the pre-2018 government and are now in need of more money to catch up. The budget should reflect the current needs of the different types of schools.

The fund was distributed based on needs, not based on racial profile. If the chinese skool admins make proper and detail paperwork for more fund, why not?
Stop picking on this issue.

Almost 90% of the budget is bumiputera centric as most of the budget is to pay salaries and supplies incurred by civil service , majority is bumi

so when calculating by race, dont just take allocation on individual basis

use the entire budget and then allocate who gets what
