lenghty post..sure IFX_anna will ignore reading it.. it not for his/her..
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
The world faces global economic crices and of course this influances all spheres of life and forex is not an exclusion.
During these 3 days we had the failure in the quotation system. Our providers of quotes didn't manage to filter unmarketable prices because of the high volatility of the market.
We understand that this fact caused some inconveniences to our clients.
But this person - Aras he used this failure in his own interests and made 8000 USD in 3 days. I don't know your experience in trading but in case you are on forex for a long time you should understand that this is impossible to make such a sum having just 100 USD.
I should say that some people lost their money because of this spikes and we canceled all deals and returned them their money. And they are happy.
Our company acts in accordance with the Agreement which every client accepted before opening an account with us.
We never say that our client is a scammer before making certain investigations.
to make it easy for instafx reps to understand and to fellow traders i'll write in english..
and i do take my time to read each and every words that i post here(esp if i "represent something"

)
FYI unregulated broker can do whatever they want and whatever they can but client cannot do anything.. all they need to blame is the signal and spikes..
this is in fact due to Customer Agreement (as mention by broker rep repeatedly)..
the downside is.. even though broker can block, cancel or disallow u to trade or simply blame quote provider, u cannot do anything nor claim nor nothing..
this happen because this broker do not regulated by any (as i know coz no local Instafx IB pm me or make any statement here regarding regulation)
what if it's regulated? what is the difference between unregulated and regulated broker?
regulated broker do have to comply certain regulation and criteria.
for example of 1 case : Interbank FX
this in the link of FPA (mod pls allow this as an example)
http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/public/review/www.interbankfx.com
read under the post by user name of "Alex Findlay, Las Vegas USA Nassau Bahamas Dubai UAE London UK"
yeah what the difference of this.. all i see is lengthy post and i do not understand a thing????
yup u'll see nothing if u just read thro..just a procedure to complaint and several problems of ibfx reported to NFA..
so what do these 2 cases related?
in case of IBFX u can make @ file a complaint to NFA as NFA do regulate IBFX operation..
and for Instatrader, where do u can file a complaint?
they are supervise by whom? where can client ask for judgment?
court? oh yeah, ur agreement will be used upon u.. so u can do nothing at all coz it is in black and white..after all that just their "desperate" protection from court order and sues..
if i were Aras, here is the place where i seek judgment, the internet.. let the masses be the judge..
so what can i do?
flame, blame, all u think about..(nothing beat the news spread on internet yeah esp like this one..very very nasty.. spread the truth will ya

)
or what u can simply do,find a better and safer broker not services that can cover their asses as good as this one.. or of course u can stay with instafx if u think ur margin are in the good hand..
and oh yeah.. i do check with multiple broker regarding the price action on the 3 day.. no need to post it here as u can see and check it for ur self..
pls consider different broker server time and price movement in ur calculation.
and by the way.. u seems taking this case lightly IFX_Anna..
there's a lot of instafx client here that need clear and brief explanation ..
p/s: blue bold text is for IFX_Anna or any InstaFX IB to answer..
printskrin again and again..
