This journal is for my own reflection during trading time for me to reflect on my emotions, hopes and what ever in my mind when my trade is going on. This is to practise self discipline so that I will be a better trader.

Saya hanya trade EuroYen aje sebab BOJ suka intervene dan itu ada satu yg sangat baik dari segi opportunity trade... GBPJPY tu terlalu extreme bagi saya dan saya belum konfiden lagi nak trade Dragon tu..

My stoploss was too tight and it was hit...what a waste of 30 pips...
