YouTradeFX invites Québec investors to open accounts to conduct transactions in derivatives. It encourages potential clients to conduct electronic transactions on foreign exchange markets (FOREX) and invest in certificates for difference (CFD), in particular on precious metals, indexes, commodities and stocks.

YouTradeFX also appears to offer portfolio management services and various affiliate and partnership programs based on commissions. These brokerage and advisory services seem to be provided by International Youtrade Investments MA Ltd., a company whose head office is located in Mauritius.

The www.youtradefx.com and www.ytfxaffiliates.com websites are operated by You Trade Holding Limited, whose head office is located in the United Kingdom. International Youtrade Investments MA Ltd. and You Trade Holding Limited are not registered as derivatives dealers or advisers with the AMF. The solicitations made on websites by these companies to Québec investors may therefore violate the laws administered by the AMF.
