Our Forex Model

STP Execution using MT4 platform

Yadix operates a no dealing desk forex business model known as STP (Straight Through Processing). The STP model has a flow beneficial for all traders as all orders are received and sent from your MT4 trading platform directly through to the liquidity providers automatically, without the need to pass transactions through a dealing desk and without human intervention. This means clients never experience any manipulation or delays in order execution.
Yadix generates profits from receiving a commission on the trading volume of clients and not client losses (the business model of dealing desks), meaning that profitable trading activity is favourable for an STP broker. Ultimately, clients benefit from trading directly with a deep pool of liquidity that can handle all order sizes and will not experience re-quotes.

No Re-quotes

By establishing strong business relationships with multiple leading liquidity providers from tier one banks across the globe, Yadix has the ability to provide a deep and stable pool of liquidity, low forex spreads and no re-quote executions to all clients regardless of account size or trading experience.

STP Forex Broker vs Dealing Desk Broker

Dealing desks operate differently to an STP broker whereby the dealing desk will intercept clients’ orders from being passed through to the liquidity provider and take the opposite position, making profit on clients’ losses. Also re-quotes are highly likely with a dealing desk broker as the prices displayed on the trading platform can be re-quoted to generate additional profits. Liquidity Providers

A deep pool of liquidity is provided through AA rated banks that compete for your forex trades. Our relationship with selected liquidity partners is based on trust and high forex volumes. These benefits are passed on to our clients. All trades are delivered directly to the liquidity providers and not through a dealing desk. Once an order is submitted, the Yadix forex bridge sends the trade directly through to the liquidity provider offering the lowest price and the ability to accept your order volume, the order is accepted instantly and executed. This flow is called Straight Through Processing. A forex broker that uses a Dealing Desk does not send the order through to a liquidity provider but often keeps the order in-house, then should the order lose, the broker will then keep the margin staked used as profit, basically, you’re trading against the house.
The STP model guarantees no price or spread manipulation nor any conflict of interest. Your trade is opened and executed at the price displayed in your Yadix MT4 platform. A Market Maker can often delay the process to gain extra profit on the spread, this is called a re-quote. The delay comes from the time it takes for a dealing desk to review the order and decide on the risk level for the brokerage.
