Berikut adalah email yang dihantar oleh Head Operations kami kepada Encik Yahya dan Encik Muhajir.. dan di bawah adalah sebab2 kenapa EA itu diblocked.. demi menyelamatkan pelanggang2 lain yang juga trade di xemarkets ketika itu disebabkan gangguan serius EA tersebut kepada sistem server.. Oleh sebab masalah itu baru detect pada masa itu, dan selepas itu ada satu lagi upcoming news, jadi pihak pengurusan terpaksa blocked account segera demi utk tak berikan effect selepas itu kepada pelanggan2 lain di XEMarkets...

Actually EA tu nampak normal, tetapi EA/script tu sebenarnya ada background yang sentiasa menghantar signal pada price yang tak wujud untuk slow kan server (manipulate off quotes price) untuk menjadikan price still trigger...

Dan perbincangan lanjut akan dilakukan oleh pihak saya dan trader yg terlibat selepas ini, untuk tidak lagi menggunakan EA tersebut dan apa keputusan tentang akaun dan profit akan dibincangkan terus..since Encik Muhajir dan Encik Yahya pun dah email saya..insyaALLAH sy cuba yg terbaik utk membantu

Ketahuilah sebenarnya kami tiada niat pun scam dan tak semudah ini Regulated Broker Cysec dan under licensed yang ada untuk scam, tambahan pula perkara ini betul2 serius effect server..dan kalau nak scam, bukan profit sahaja dengan modal sekali pun akan burn..dan sesiapa yang pernah trade di XEMarkets akan tahu macam mana sebelum ini kami handle customer. kami tidak mengambil risiko dengan banned 2 akaun dan ambil untung dan terpaksa menghadapi masalah dan pertanyaan di setiap media, forum,facebook dan banyak lagi.. dan harap semua faham...

Saya akan menghubungi Encik Yahya dan Encik Muhajir hari Isnin untuk berbincang lebih lanjut tentang kata putus penggunaan EA dan sy cuba bantu mereka..harap sabar menunggu..hari ni sabtu, jika saya call saya tidak dapat membuat perbincangan lanjut dgn pihak pengurusan XEMarkets HQ..harap semua bersabar..

My name is Andy Draniewicz and I am Head of Operations in Trading Point. As I am directly supervising Compliance department , I believe I would be most competent person to fully address and resolve your problems .

In order to do so, I have initiated the internal investigation , which will enable me to understand and clarify the matter of your query. I have asked our Malaysian representative - Mr.Murshid bin Mohamad to contact you personally and present the preliminary results of my investigation :

Yesterday at 2 pm. local (time GMT+2 ) , we have experienced serious performance problems on our server . Our IT department localize the issue and concluded that the server operations were being interfered by activities of specific EA / script (Set2StopOrders M15) , therefore in order to protect all our clients and functionality of our server we were forced to suspend several accounts . The reason of such urgent and drastic actions from our side , have only in mind and intention of best interest of all our clients and the fact of upcoming news (3.30 same day) gave us no other alternative. Apart of the issues recognized yesterday at 2.pm , we have noticed that the EA / script in question is exploiting off-market quotes to place the orders , which have forced us to amend some of the trades in the past.

In order to act in a good faith and try to resolve that incontinent for both parties situation we should discuss , how we can proceed further in this matter. I am sure that upon the assurance from your side that you will not use EA / script ( in question ) in the future we can resolve that situation to satisfaction of all involved .

I will follow up with development in this matter and I will contact you directly, once there will be any further development in your case .
