a- Helmet yang ingin di cuba mestilah di tarik tali bawah bahagian dagu seperti terlihat dalam gambar rajah 1 dan memperluaskan pembukaan helmet.

Gambar kepala anda ke dalam helmet. Jika helmet tidak dapat memenuhi kepala ruang anda atau longgar, anda perlu cuba saiz yang lebih kecil.Ini

sangat-sangat PENTING bahawa bahagian atas kepala helmet nyaman dan mempunyai ruang untuk aliran udara.

b- Untuk memeriksa pemasangan yang tepat, tempat helmet di kepala anda. Pastikan lapisan helmet berpadanan di kepala anda dan bahawa pelapik pipi

menekan dekat ke pipi anda. Sepatutnya tidak ada ruang antara dahi dan kening. Menguasai helmet di bahagian setiap kiri dan kanan atau cuba

mengalihkan topi keledar naik turun serta sebelah akan menyebelahi lihat gambar rajah 2. Anda harus merasa kulit wajah anda dan kepala ditarik

bersama-sama dengan helmet. Jika helmet boleh bergerak bebas tanpa gosok kulit muka anda, helmet terlalu besar dan anda memerlukan saiz yang lebih

kecil.

c- Sistem Simpanan Semak
Ketatkan tali dagu seperti itu adalah sebagai ketat mungkin tanpa tersedak. Seharusnya tidak ada tali kendur dan harus berpadanan paras di bawah dagu.

Letakkan tangan anda di atas helm (LIHAT DIAGRAM 3) dan berusaha untuk menggalakkan helmet mati dengan goyangkan ke depan. Kemudian, letakkan

tangan anda di dagu clip dan berusaha untuk menggalakkan helmet lepas dengan memutar ke arah belakang. Jika dalam kedua-dua kes, helmet ini biasa

datang dari kepala anda, jangan gunakan helmet ini dan mendapati saiz yang lebih besar, atau semak apakah tali dagu diikat dengan betul.

Langkah-langkah ini harus diulang sehingga anda dapat mencari helm ukuran yang tepat untuk anda.
