A: First: Charge the camera 1-2hours,no more than 3hours; Second: Reset ;Third: Make sure your memory card is good and card store enough .

Q: How long does the battery last?

Q: How long can record 1GB memory card?
A:1GB=25miniutes (about) , camera+4GB card is the best match ,

Q: How to operate webcam?
A: a. Set up PC-Camera driver (Not include , if needed , will send via Email ), b. Insert a TF card, c. Connect to the computer; d. press on/off ;e. Open the "Amcap" file in the computer .

Q: HOW TO TAKE A PHOTO ( Insert a Micro SD and card full charge the camera )
A:1. Hold the power button, camera will be turns on, and the LED on.
2. Press the mode button one time. The LED flash one time, The camera take a photo and save it as a JPG file. Repeat the step to take more photos.

Q: HOW TO TAKE A VIDEO (Full charge the camera and insert a Micro card)
A: 1. Hold the power button, camera will be turns on, and the LED on.
2. Hold the mode button. The LED flashes 3 times then the LED goes off. The camera is taking video and audio.
3. Press the mode button to stop video recording and the LED turns on. the video was save as a AVI video file;
4. Hold the power button to shut down , The camera and the LED turn off.

Q: What means Sound Control ?
A: It has the sound active function , in the sound control state , when sound around up to 60db , camera will take a video automatically , you read how to operate it in the Operate Method 6)
