(WTA) Loan ASB Exit fee?

Assalamualaikum...

Sy nak tanya pada otai2 sekalian..
Sy ada ASB Loan by RHB..
Ingat nak terminate tapi tak sampai lg 2 tahun..
Semua pun sedia maklum skrg dah takde penalti 3% tu..
Dalam term perjanjian dia tulis just Exit Fee..

Formula camni :

ASB TERM LOAN

For full repayment of the outstanding ASB Loan made within the first 2 years from the date of loan disbursement, an exit fee based on the difference between the ASB Board rate and the Promotion / Special rate is chargeable. The calculation of the exit fee is as follows:

Exit Fee = [(a-b)/100] x c x (d/365)
Where

a = ASB Board Rate
b = ASB Promotion/Special Rate*
c = Original Loan Amount
d = Number of days with the Bank on this loan agreement

*Refers to the prevailing ASB Offer Rate.

So, ada sapa2 tau pengiraan dia?
Sy dah pegi RHB tanya..
sampai skrg takde feedback..
Sy nak tanya cni la mana la tau kut2 ada yg tau..
Betul2 nak terminate dah..
High komitmen sgt dah ni..

Katakan board rate 5.85%

Masa buat dulu promotion rate 5%

Exit fee= (5.85-5)/100 x nilai loan x 580/365

580 tu bil hari dr july 2013-jan2014
