Which is the best method to start trading? Scalping or swing trading

Both menthod has pro and con.

Scalping can eliminate risk from holding position too long however disadvantage trader normally scalp for 10-20pips. Because of small pips target then trader may has frequent entry and monitor chart longer then tend to over trading and unstable emotion.

Swing has a risk for market changing direction due to hold position longer however the advantage if market goes to our direction then trader can gain more pips without monitor chart too frequent. Swing also can eliminate trader from over trading.

Scalping. Scalping is a very short-term trading strategy that involves taking multiple small profits on trading positions with a very short duration. ...

Swing or Momentum Trading. ...
Trend Trading.

There are multiple methods, but I do day trading/Intraday. Why do I consider day trading over other methods?
1. No risk of rollover position,
2. Usage of margins,
3. Gain even when the market is falling,
4. Regular Income,
5. Ace with technical Analysis.

For me, scalping is better since I stick to the view that markets become less predictable the higher timeframe you choice for analysis

Which is the best method to start trading? Scalping or swing trading
Choosing between scalping and swing trading depends on your style and goals. Scalping suits those who prefer quick trades and fast-paced action, while swing trading is better for those who favor longer-term positions and less frequent trades. Evaluate your risk tolerance, time commitment, and strategy preference to decide.

The best method to start trading depends on your personal preferences and time commitment.

- **Scalping** involves making numerous small trades throughout the day, requiring quick decision-making and constant monitoring. It's suitable for those who can dedicate significant time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- **Swing Trading** focuses on capturing short- to medium-term price movements, typically holding positions for days or weeks. It suits those who prefer a more balanced approach, with less frequent trades and less time spent monitoring the market.

Choosing between the two methods should align with your risk tolerance, available time, and trading style preferences.

I like intraday trading. If your broker has small spreads and instant execution, you can earn even on small price movements and withdraw profits on the same day. Also, here you don’t spend money on negative swaps and you don’t have to worry about gaps when the market opens the next day.
