Which strategy of forex is the best and fully safe?

No Forex strategy is fully safe, and there is definitely no such thing as "best" Forex strategy. Anyone who tells you otherwise is probably trying to scam you.

You are right. No strategy guarantees 100% accuracy and safety. Only a trader can make his trading safer by trading according to some strategy, when he controls risks in transactions, trades with stop losses and knows how to correctly calculate the lot size in transactions according to the rules of risk management.

No strategy is 100% safe in Forex but personally I follow the combination of moving average and RSI that works better on average and help me better forecast the market.
