Which is better forex or options?

I trade both: spot FX at HFM for liquidity and tight spreads, options for event hedges and tail-risk control. In my experience, theta/expires can kill decent ideas in options, while spot lets me hold the bias longer and fine-tune size via ATR and leverage.

I usually trade forex but recently I have started testing options at capital core. Haven't been trading enough to have a solid opinion. It's tricky, my mind is still wired around forex trading.

Forex has much higher liquidity, so you can enter and exit trades instantly. Options sometimes have a big gap between buying and selling prices. This makes it harder to get a fair profit.

Binary options have a negative expected value and, in many cases, no real market, so you're trading against a broker, where the conflict of interest is obvious. Therefore, such "brokers" will do everything they can to ensure that traders lose their money.
