Location: cyberjaya

Market:
UK- 3pm-12am/ 4pm-1am/ 5pm-2am
APAC- 7-4pm/ 8-5pm/ 9-6pm/ 10am-7pm
Others- 24/7 ( various shift depends on country served

Salary:
RM 2020- RM 2200
Shift allowance: RM 450 max ( for night shift only- those working after 8pm shift)
Language allowance: RM 300max( only start after 6months of service with HDPM or once they start to handle follow up calls. ONLY for Mandarin/ Cantonese speaker)

Responsibilities
Back-end banking operations and data processing comprising of various business areas, including Payments, General Banking & Services, Risk Advisory, Credit & Risk, Data Entry & Insurance. Supporting various countries such as UK , US, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, TAIWAN, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE
To continuously provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified SLA’s. Responsible for relationship building and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner (where applicable). Other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to.
• Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
• Process work as requested by line management/customer\
• Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Produce MI as required

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
• Credits in both Mathematics and English in SPM is required.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
• Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
• Minimum, basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing skills (min 18wpm) (For Specific Process)
• Ability to read, write & converse in Mandarin or Cantonese. (For Specific Process)
• Possess Insurance certificate or Insurance background/ experience (For Specific Process)
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Experience an advantage
• Must be flexible with working hours / willing to work in odd hours (depends on country serve)
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply *Training is provided*
