I would like some opinions to the age old question, how much capital does a trader need to start trading?

In either the stocks, futures or forex market....

Individual recommendations here, not broker answers

Its depend to your return. if u want to get more, then u need to invest more. but in forex i suggest u start trading with usd1k. and u need to have strategies, graph etc that would assist u when deciding in buy/sell currencies. but most brokers allow to start trading with usd100 deposit. u need to undestand forex market is very unstable and very excitement. u can win 1k today and you can lost 1k tomorrow.

Unlike in the stock business, there is no minimum capital standard to start trading in the forex business.

There is no minimum capital for starting forex trading, unless your broker has such kind of terms. It all depends on how much profit you need and your appetite for risk, since that profit is not guaranteed. However, I can advise you to start with a demo account and when you feel ready for a live account, don't start with so much. Risk just what you can afford to lose per trade

There are several parameters that matter here:
- how much you want to earn
- which strategy do you prefer
- what risks are acceptable to you

As a beginners in forex trading, you should invest a small amount of your capital in the beginning and later after some experience you can invest more

We need to learn about the Skills that are present in the Forex markets so that we can use them for getting success and also become more profitable traders.

Money in the market is your safety and dynamics.
In general, never forget about risk management and make decisions based on it.

Day traders shouldn't risk more than 1% of their forex account on a single trade. You should make that a hard and fast rule. That means, if your account contains $1,000, then the most you'll want to risk on a trade is $10. If your account contains $10,000, you shouldn't risk more than $100 per trade.
