Before it is too late...............
First and foremost, I would like to say my heartfelt gratitude to Jabil, to all of you and to the entire
HSTD staffs for believing in me and my skills, for employing me and for giving me the privilage to work with
all of you. This company,devision, department and team has allowed me to learn a lot of worth-keeping lessons
in life and I was given the opportunity of knowing worth-keeping friends.
However, all things have its end as they say. Sad to say this but I can no longer continue my services
in this company. I made some reflection lately and found out that my principles and goals in life can
no longer coincide with the company’s demand. I am afraid that I might compromise the whole department
and work-cell’s interest if it continues this way hence leaving this wonderfull organisation has become necessary.
It has always been my honour to work and serve you all.
All of you have my deepest respect and admiration for the courage and professionalism all of you
has shown in working, running and leading this Work-CEll.
Every day as a staff of QA (HSTD) Department, it has been a privilege and I again am honoured in the trust all
of you had in me.
Thank you for this opportunity to serve and work with all of you.
I am also grateful for your friendship.
I will continue to keep all of you in my prayers and will ask God to continue providing all of you with wisdom,
strength and faith.
To My Work-Cell Manager
Mr. Mathavan
Thank you very, very much and I say this from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to work along
side with you in your Work-Cell. Thank you for allowing me to use your room and your desk phone during Con-Call,
using your chair (Not forgetting eating the peanuts or biscuits you keep in your room).
Its nice to sit there once in a while. Have the feeling of a Work-Cell Manager but again,
it is difficult for me to fill your shoes because I belive the responsibility and
decission you have and make is something only a person with great patiece, calibre and a leader can do.Thank you for
having the patience and for believing in me. Not forgetting the many advice that I have sought from you.

Always getting into arguments. Wasn't I a difficult person to convince? Sometimes ask you guys too much questions till you guys I am sure
felt irritated. Sorry guys...I was just doing my job but trust me, I have nothing against all of you and I am sorry
if I have done anything wrong or if I have hurt your feelings in any way.
You guys are wonderfull and yes, an important figure in our organization. Without you guys, it's difficult to run the production.
