Tiada Lagi Roti Canai !?

mari2...sape nak kursus buat roti canai. dari bancuh & uli tepung, cara melembutkan doh roti canai, murtabak & kuah dalca serta jeruk bawang juga di ajar.

bagus2 bro, amik peluang ni.
mmg da lama aku tak mkn roti canai mamak,
lepak kedai mamak pun oder segelas air tp lepak berjam2 haha.
cuma kalau dtg gian nk mkn kari kambing tu, terpaksa gak le mkn hehe

hehe sama la..
tapi satu je resipe mamak ni yang aku minat sampai sekarang..
nasik goreng kambing.. tapi tu pon kat rafi shah alam.. kalau pegi shah alam jer mesti mau singgah sana.. hehehe.. tapi roti canai mamak dah lama aku banned.. tak sedap pon, liat nak mamposs
 
roti canai kedai melayu memang jauh lebih sedap, lebih besar.. tapi syg kurang sokongan.... kalau kat bandar.. roti canai melayu setakat kat warung2 jer.. tu yg sedih tu.
 
sakit otak nengok berita..minyak takde..tepung gamdum susah nak dpt..huhuh..mcm duk kat africa lak

betolll... nama jer maju... maju aperkebendanya..... barang makan pun x cukup... malu ler kat indon...
 
Aku pi kedai mamak carik nasik ganja jer.. Bebudak ipoh mesti tau.. Muahh..

ada lg ker... aku dah lama x pekena.... tp aku batalkan niat aku tu sbb aku x suker kat mamak... tambah pulak yg x reti cakap melayu... aku mintak sudu, dia bg garpu, aku mintak teh, dia bg susu...
 
Jom belajar wat roti canai, takyah gi kedai mamak lagi!! :))

ROTI CANAI

Ingredients :

500 g flour
300 ml water
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 tablespoon shortening

Method :

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Dissolve salt in water.
3. On the mixer and pour in the salt water bit by bit...
4. ...till soft and smooth dough is formed.
5. Make into 11 small balls.
6. Coat with margarine and keep for at least 2 hours. The longer the better. I kept it overnight in the fridge.
7. Pour some oil and margarine in a bowl.
8. Grease the table with a bit of oil and flatten one small dough. Spread a bit of oil on the flatten dough.
9. Hold the dough as shown in the photo and start 'throwing' (tebar aa..bukan buang! Hahaha!)..
10. Pull the sides of the dough to get a thinner sheet. Sprinkle with a bit of # 7.
11. Bring the sides to the center.
12. ...to form a long dough.
13. Hold upwards and swirl it.
14. Leave it for half an hour.
15. Flatten it.
16. And keep it in a container, each piece must be layered with a small piece of plastic. Or otherwise, fry on a hot pan with a bit of oil.

Maka siaplah roti canai tu..bukan susah sangat, klau nak senang lagi beli yang readymix kat kedai tu produk IKS tempatan!

jom lepak transfer road kuah kasi banjir + daging gan perut

p/s:lepas kena roti canai pekena plak nasi kandaq peerrgghhhhh
