tak de beza sgt grammer lau standard british ngan america..yg membezakan hnya vocab dan perkataan..contohnya chip/fries,lift/elevator, centre/center

yg agak keliruialah malaysian english, dimana kat british/US tak pakai spt KIV(keep in view) instead of KOF (kept on file),MC(medical cert) instead of SN(sick note),bank-in(deposit),mee (noodle),handphone(mobile phone),public phone (payphone) etc..
