Teacher, student face khalwat rap

JITRA: A 34-year-old commerce teacher will have a lot of accounting to do after he was caught romancing a 16-year-old student at a secluded spot in Changlun here yesterday.
A raiding team from the Kubang Pasu Religious Department and several policemen found the teacher and the Form Four student from his school kissing in the front seat of a car which was parked near a quarry.
A spokesman for the department said the teacher, who is married with four children, pleaded with the officers not to take action against him for khalwat (close proximity).
The teacher promised that he and the student would not repeat their actions if the officers let them off the hook.
However, their pleas failed to sway the officers.
The two are expected to be charged soon under Section 9(1) of the Kedah Syariah Criminal Enactment 1988 for committing khalwat.
If convicted, they could be fined RM2,000 each or jailed for a year, or both.

Di sini aku nak mintak pandangan Ikhlas dari korang sumer yg prihatin....
Apakah Tindakan pihak berkuasa untuk terus mengenakan tindakan undang2 keatas guru tersebut wajar tanpa mempertimbangkan rayuan guru tersebut untuk bertaubat?...
Renungan wahai kawan2 ku....
"Semakin ketat undang2 yg dikenakan, semakin menjadi2 sikap manusia....
Semakin ringan undang2 yg di kenakan , semakin menjadi2 sikap manusia..."
Aku rase pihak berkuasa tu patut mempertimbangkan rayuan guru tu, kerana ini melibatkan masa depan Cikgu & juga murid tu...the whole life beb!!! rekodkan ajer kesalahan dio dan if cikgu tu ulang kesalahan yg sama or sewaktu dengannyer baru la amik tindakan terhadap cikgu tue....
