:Job Description:
• Review subcontractors scope of work and coordination of subcontractors (before and after award) and interface coordination with in house departments
• Review Offshore Installation procedure and Construction Engineering documents, ensuring the procedures submitted are in accordance with in house requirement and client specifications and procedure
• Coordinate documentation submission to client and maintaining deliverable register update
• Review and coordinate the submission of TQ
• Review and update the Scope of work documents prepared by Operation department
• Review contract documentation and identify changes where possible and assist and coordinate with Contracts Manager to review changes to the project requirement
• Coordination and development of specific project procedures (eg, but not limited to Welding procedures, Site Queries, Method statements, etc,etc)
• Coordinate with Project Quality Manager to ensure all works related to project are performed in accordance with respective quality plans and all inspection/certificate documentation are available in final package
• Coordinate with Project Procurement coordinator on material availability on site within project schedule
• Coordinate and review the offshore installation work program and schedule and maintain the most up to date schedule.
• Coordinate all change management review
• Review of all documents – both in house and project specific documentation and ensure documents are distributed in timely manner both internally and externally
• Coordinate with project Offshore HSE coordinator on HSE requirement for the offshore execution, including review of HSE plans and incentives
• Prepare internal weekly reporting on subcontractors, offshore, etc, etc.
• Prepare monthly report for PM
• Coordinate final completion documentation for submission.
• Liaise with Fabricators on Offshore requirements
:Experience:
3 years and above in Project Engineering or Project Management
:Qualification:
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 5 year in related offshore Construction industry (mainly offshore installation)
• Willing to travel
