- Involve in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of Group of Companies
- Monthly and quarterly review on subsidiaries submission of management account and group consolidation
- Perform analysis of financial performance for subsidiaries and Group of Companies
- Prepare and review forecast cashflows and results for the Group of Companies
- Liaise with the internal and external auditor on audit issues and matters.
- Do adhoc work – business plan, assessment of new FRS, acquisition/disposal assessment.
- Involved in preparing and finalising Company’s business plan, Annual Management Plan at Group Level.
Requirements
- Minimum with Bachelor’s Degree and /or Professional Accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience related background from Construction / Manufacturing / O&G sector with Big 4 / Big audit firm.
