Job description
-Handle incoming customers order
-Process document such as purchase order, delivery order and quotation
-Liaise with customer on estimated delivery date for ordered goods
-Communicate with Logistic Department for shipping estimation
-Prepare shipping document
-Monitor readiness of goods for shipment, to minimize delay
-Prepare order reports for management to review (Order value, order status and gross margin)
-Arrange shipment
Job requirement
-Diploma or Degree in any related field of study
-Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience
-Speaks well in Malay and English
-Knowledge in ERP system and Microsoft Office (Excel)
