osition Summary:
Develop and establish IT planning, budgeting and reporting pertaining to application development, software & licenses, systems infrastructure, telecommunications, contracts and services to ensure smooth delivery of all IT services while meeting the service level agreement. Ensure all IT policies, procedures, and guidelines are in place and updated to achieve organizational goals through effective governance with the application of COBIT, ITIL and PMBOK framework and references.

:Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years experience in IT Planning and Governance
• Knowledge in ITIL, COBIT and PMBOK
• Experience in project management, budgetary controls, systems architecture, telecommunication & network and application development methodologies
• Experience in the oil and gas and/or project environment is an advantage
