osition Summary:
Provide credible, professional HR representation in the specific area of Employee Relations. Ensure the grievance handling and disciplinary processes are in accordance to the Company’s policies and the Malaysian labour laws. Develop and update the Employee and Industrial Relations policies, procedures and guidelines.
:Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years experience in employee relations programs and industrial relations disputes including liaising with the Government agencies (Labour office, Industrial Court offices, etc.)
• Experience in conducting investigation
