Job Purpose
Assist in building a highly credible workforce through effective learning program that corresponds with the employees personal development plans
Key Accountabilities
• Perform pipe stress analyses and produce report using CEASARS II or other equivalent software.
• Perform calculations relating to piping designs such as pipe loading, pipe thickness, branch reinforcement, etc.
• Perform piping planning studies, assist in plot plan, and line list developments.
• Establish piping schedule, resource planning and issuing of work instructions to drafters and designers.
• Review all piping design deliverables done by designers and drafters.
• Establish methodologies, schedules and piping material take-off exercise.
• Perform technical evaluation of piping material offered by suppliers and vendors.
• Interface and coordinate with other disciplines for design development.
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the oil/gas related field is required for this position.
• Must have an experience Material Specifications/ Piping Stress
• Candidate must be experienced in generating of 3D Models of equipment and Piping Layouts.
• Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD.
• Well versed with ANSI, ASME, JIS & related codes / standards
