Saving investment and inflation?

Pls tell me if the statement below is true, false or ambiguous and reasons for your answers. the better the explanation the more points.In a closed economy, saving and investment are only equal when inflation is at the target rate of inflation.

im quite poor on financial field.

but the reality said saving is a good preparation for unexpected situations while investment is for our future wealth or to gain some amount of money in future.

for me, they differently made for different purposes although by assuming the inflation rate is zero in value.

as the federal reserve or BNM regulates our annual interest rates, this doesx totally effect the financial institutions to reward their investor at a same rate wit different portfolios.

in a small scope or simple example we cud assume the saving is equal to investment. but how about when we decide to apply personal loan for investment.dis is wat we cud see the result..the amount borrowed is not equal to amount received from investment..

maybe some other member cud post another gud example to make it easier to understood..
