Job Description

Be the Company ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to maximize the sales by upsell/cross selling items.
Drive and achieve both individual and team sales target on a monthly basis.

Any other duties as per assigned.
Proactive in achieving sales targets and meeting company's objective.
Build and sustain strong client relationship and ensure exceptional client satisfaction at all times.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of rates.
Maintain in depth knowledge of product and services, industry trends and competition.
Source and develop new customers.
Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target.
Be responsible to collect the latest market information and the consumer trend and reports.
Ensure that all proceed from sales that have been made are promptly collected and without any delay.
Responsible to monitor the accounts movement and activity to avoid any potential bad debts.
Monitor daily movement and effectively plan daily schedule to ensure all Sales Accounts under their care are served.
Ensure that the inventory levels are healthy and immediately report to the management should there be any extraordinary market activities.
Prepare and presented the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
To closely liaise with the marketing department to ensure that all supporting materials for effective sales execution.
To handle customer inquiry and complaint

Requirements:

Degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field preferred but not necessary.
1 year of working experience in the equivalent sales field preferred but not necessary.
Full-time positions available
Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
Experience using sales CRM will be an added advantage.
Digital advertising sales experience is good to have.
Social media marketing experience a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Able to travel outstations if required.
Possess strong analytical, good interpersonal skill, pleasant personality, high level of integrity and a passion for sales.
Good customer service skill
Good attitude and willing to learn
Good communication skill and team-oriented
Aggressive in closing order
Self-motivated and committed to achieve target
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage)
Organizational sensitivity and awareness
