Then you have to complain direct to Roboforex and I would suggest you to be patient so that they can investigate your case thoroughly.

I don't think any of the IBs here can help you except for forwarding your complaint to Roboforex. So far I've never seen any Roboforex staff in this forum.

This also happen to me at other broker.
Just wait until their staff call you.
