I wonder why you always have problems with brokers that give bonus :-?

Last time you had problem with Trader's Way FX and now you have problem with Roboforex.

I trade with Roboforex but so far never had any problem. Withdrawal is fast and without hassle. And so far nobody in CG complain about Trader's Way FX except you.

Are you manipulating their bonuses by opening buy and sell at the same time ?

Then you have to complain direct to Roboforex and I would suggest you to be patient so that they can investigate your case thoroughly.

I don't think any of the IBs here can help you except for forwarding your complaint to Roboforex. So far I've never seen any Roboforex staff in this forum.
