Terms and Conditions
1. Present your e-Voucher in your mobile phone to cashier for petrol or merchandise item(s) redemption. Print-out voucher is strictly NOT ACCEPTED.
2. Each and every e-Voucher carries an expiry date. Please check prior to perform redemption.
3. Redemption can be performed at any PETRONAS stations nationwide.
4. The e-Voucher must be presented to the PETRONAS station cashier for verification and NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash.
5. MULTIPLE e-Vouchers can be redeemed for the same transaction.
6. NO REFUND will be given should the purchase amount be lesser than the e-Voucher value.
8. Mesra points will not be issued for transactions made using e-Voucher.
How to redeem?
Redemption Instructions :
1. Present e-Voucher in your mobile phone to cashier for petrol or merchandise item(s) redemption. Print-out voucher is strictly NOT ACCEPTED.
2. PETRONAS cashier will key-in their outlet code in your e-Voucher.
3. Upon confirmation of redemption in your e-Voucher by the cashier, you are allowed to pump fuel or bring home the selected merchandise items.
4. Redeemable at ALL PETRONAS stations across Malaysia.
