Syarikat : Bumiputra, Lokasi: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Product:Fire Suppression System (Manufacturing) Also involves project overseas-Middle East and Asean. To be a leader in Local Market and World Market.
Work: 830am-6pm Mon-Fri.
Salary: nego/market rate
University degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years experience in R&D roles in consumer products companies is needed.
A previous experience in innovation is an added advantage.
A good knowledge of R&D processes and organization in consumer-goods companies .
Good knowledge of most important IT tools for product development, such as AUTOCAD
Extensive knowledge of mechanics of materials and material properties.
Fluent in English and Malay
Strong leadership and ownership.
Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions, together with an attitude to measure performances by KPIs will be an added advantage.
Leads development projects , Analytical with good communication and interpersonal skill.
