Type of facility Overdraft - To be processed by Business Banking
Purpose of financing For working capital only
Type of borrower Sole Proprietor
Type of collateral ASB, ASN, ASW2020
Applicable to first party collateral only.
3rd party collateral is not allowed.

Documents to be submitted to ASNB Unit for process of lien
1) ASNB Checklist – duly completed by credit officer
2) Copy of letter of Offer – duly accepted by customer.
3) Copy of Memorandum of Deposit (MOD)
4) Copy of Registration of Business (ROB) from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
5) Copy of valid Business license
6) Risk Disclosure Statement (RDS)-original
7) Credit Advice on ASNB Lien fees of RM100 per certificate ( Amount to be credited into 1414-0016799-059)
8) Original ASNB certificate
[ Note: All the above documents need to be certified true copy (CTC) by the credit officer except for items (1), (5) and (7) ]

Semasa baca Prospectus ASNB yang terkini, saya dapat statement seperti di bawah:-

11 Clause 10.22
Loan Financing in the Sale of Units
The management company should ensure that the margin of finance for loans in the sale of units does not exceed 67% of the amount invested.

ASW memang dah tak boleh ditukar ke bentuk Sijil, tetapi ASB dan ASN masih boleh ditukar ke sijil dan digadaikan, tapi OD akan hanya diberi untuk peniagaan milik tunggal sahaja.

Nampaknya sekiranya OD peniagaan boleh dibuat, tu pun dalam margin < 67% sahaja...dah tak boleh dapat 90-95%???? mungkin expert lain boleh terangkan lebih terperinci sedikit.

tapi keseluruhannya ada ditulis macam ni

(only ASN, ASB, ASW 2020, ASM, ASD, ASN 3 and ASG are exempted)

lain pulak aku dapat info dari banker aritu..dia kata hanya syarat tubuh syarikat jer diperlukan..interest n margin leh dapat still sama..tu aku blur ada geng kata hanya leh dapat less dr 67%
emmm..mybe kena tunggu lagi pada geng yg akan dan yg dah buat nanti tuk komen
