i did the above steps

my GMT is now 04:42 and my mt4 server time is 13.21..if i deduct 13.21 to 4.42 is approximately 9-10 hour..right

It is not the difference between "your" GMT and broker time. It must be the difference between "GMT" and "broker time".

At this moment, GMT is 10.22am, and brooker time is 12.22am
For FXOpen, the difference is +2.

There is no such thing as "your GMT". If you mean "your local time"; You don't deal with your local time.
