Hey guys.
With some hopes of building a stronger and more flexible community I've (with permission from Oz) decided to make us a channel on Quakenet in mIRC.
This is really going to help us, once everything is sorted out and we can get the channel up and running we can have lots of stuff going on, lots of chat near and before and after crunch time. We can also get networking and learn a lot and share strategies and just make friends and have fun.
mIRC is a huge chat network. It gives us the possibility to make scripts (maybe for PMs to newbie or repeated questions), it's live so there's no problem with doing trading at the same time and easy to use. Apart from that you can send templates, systems and even music and stuff via the system and maybe we can even send alerts at important points in the trades.
Hopefully it will help us attract more people to the system and let everyone just have more fun.
If you've never heard of mIRC just go to
http://www.mirc.com, hit download mIRC and install it. Once you've done that, load it up and connect to "quakenet" (the variation of quakenet shouldn't matter) once you're in hit the folder type icon in the top left (favorites) and type OzFx or #OzFx.
When we get enough people in there I'll get us a bot to keep the channel open 24/7.

1) Open mIRC
2) A window pops up, titled "About mIRC", click "continue"
3) Another window pops up, titled "mIRC options", fill your name and nickname and click OK
4) You are left with an empty white window, titled "Status: not connected..."
4.1) At the bottom of that window you have a slim bar which you can type in.
4.2) Type " /server irc.quakenet.org " and press enter - you should now get your screen full of text
4.3) If a window titled "mIRC Favourites" shows up, uncheck "Pop up favorites on connect" and close it
4.4) Type " /join #ozfx " and press enter - now you should be in the ozfx chatroom]
