It is 3200mAh so can charge my Note 2 how many times?

This External battery case will NOT guarantee 100% performance as stated of the model capacity. Input and output will have 80% energy conversion loss of maximum capacity. Eg, Wifi usage, 3G usage, background or any application usage. Thus, it would only perform at 65%. Same goes for every model of power bank outside there.
