amek exam sama niosh utk dapatkan cert Hygiene Technician II, juruteknik hygine untuk buat kerja2 INSPECTION AND TESTING OF ENGINEERING CONTROL EQUIPMENT
lepas tu baru amek OGSP..
sbb servis ni bukan kita cari company tapi company cari kita utk buat verification..setahun sekali company wajib buat verification yg complie sama DOSH punye regulation dan report semua hantar ke DOSH...
pelan2 insyaallah sebulan dua tu susah sikit bila dah stabil nanti keje tak menang tgn..
sbb kawan sy ada sijil ni sy just buat marketing...mmg masyuk..dia pernah buat testing (just buat testing lab) dgn petronas kat pelantar sehari petronas bayar dia RM1k dia dok pelantar 2 minggu
lagi satu benda ni tak terhad pada O&G sahaj skop kerja nya luas
SCOPE
Engineering Control:
Any equipment that is used to control exposure of employees to chemicals hazard to health includes:
a) Local exhaust Ventilation systems.
b) General and Dilution Ventilations.
c) Water sprayer systems.
d) Airborne particles removers.
e) Indoor Air Quality
1) Local Exhaust Ventilation system (LEV):
Equipments that contain contaminants at their source before escaping into the workroom environment consists:
1) Hood
2) Duct
3) Fitting
4) Air cleaner device( Filter)
5) Fan and motor
Testing Parameter/Technique:
1) Visual inspections.
Observation of physical condition (Leaking an etc)
2) Measurements:
a) Data Collection [Air flow, Transport Velocity, Velocity Pressure(VP), Static pressure (SP), Capture Velocity, Face Velocity, Motor and fan efficiency]
b) Calculation of the raw data to determine LEV condition and compare to the designed specification or the recommended specification. Suggested or proposed solution to clients.
2) General and Dilution Ventilation:
Consist of Supply and Return air.
Testing Parameter:
a) Number of air change / hour.
b) Final concentration.
c) Duration required to reach concentration of PEL.
d) Volumetric (actual) ventilation flow rat, visualization and distribution.
e) Air pressure.
3) Water Spray system:
Wet dust suppression system and Airborne Dust capture systems.
Consist of:
1) Reservoir
2) Filter
3) Pump
4) Fitting
5) Piping
6) Sprinkler head
Testing and inspection Parameter:
1) Physical visualization and evaluation (indication of leaking, clogging formation of dry spot, water source, water inlet / outlet, pump, valve and motor condition)
2) Calculate Lateral, elevation and fitting losses.
3) Flow-rate –flow meter (gal/min or m/sec).
4) Test of Pressure relieve.
5) Pressure distribution (Sprinkler Head).
6) Pressure across system.
a) Before filter
b) After filter
c) Main pipeline
d) Sub pipeline
kawan sy ada buat kerja kat MINT, Kualiti Alam, petronas, Shell, UPM, dll lagi
just my 2 cents
