unfortunately i am not...
thats why i was suspecting a high cholesterol that wud create blockage in the arteries to the heart...
but from the test done, there was no blockage...
and from the blood test, my cholesterol level were both good...
LDL = 2.10 mmol/L (< 2.60)
HDL = 1.95 mmol/L (> 1.71)
ratio = 2.2 (<5)
but the heart pumping was rather weak...
low hemoglobin (~9.5) may suggest low oxygen supply as hemoglobin is the oxygen carrier in the blood...
low supply could induce a similar symptom as no supply (blockage)...
and if the count goes below 9.0, a blood transfusion will be required...
fortunately, went for another blood test yesterday... the count has increase to 10.4... still low, but improving...
hv an appointment for colonoscopy next week to identify the bleeding...
p/s: Low hemoglobin count is also known as anemia... can read it here...
http://www.caring.com/questions/dangers-of-low-hemoglobin
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000560.htm
500 - 600??? yes... thats the cost that hv been paid... another 160 yesterday... dont know how much for next week...#:-S
now im thinking of a medic card/insurance... that would help in this situation... especially if you need warded...
have a high cholesterol not bad at all,u won't be worry about gain weight even if you eat a lot.
i read the link,Low hemoglobin@anemia will cause the kidney problem & heart attack also.
hope next week test,the result is good otherwise you gonna do blood transfusion.
btw,last month I was admitted to the hospital for a week because of 'herpes zoster ophthalmicus'..
i use my company medic card..it save my penny to paid it..so,have a medic card is good,it save us the unknown day.
