unfortunately i am not...
thats why i was suspecting a high cholesterol that wud create blockage in the arteries to the heart...
but from the test done, there was no blockage...
and from the blood test, my cholesterol level were both good...
LDL = 2.10 mmol/L (< 2.60)
HDL = 1.95 mmol/L (> 1.71)
ratio = 2.2 (<5)

but the heart pumping was rather weak...
low hemoglobin (~9.5) may suggest low oxygen supply as hemoglobin is the oxygen carrier in the blood...
low supply could induce a similar symptom as no supply (blockage)...
and if the count goes below 9.0, a blood transfusion will be required...
fortunately, went for another blood test yesterday... the count has increase to 10.4... still low, but improving...
hv an appointment for colonoscopy next week to identify the bleeding...

p/s: Low hemoglobin count is also known as anemia... can read it here...
http://www.caring.com/questions/dangers-of-low-hemoglobin
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000560.htm

500 - 600??? yes... thats the cost that hv been paid... another 160 yesterday... dont know how much for next week...#:-S
now im thinking of a medic card/insurance... that would help in this situation... especially if you need warded...

have a high cholesterol not bad at all,u won't be worry about gain weight even if you eat a lot.

i read the link,Low hemoglobin@anemia will cause the kidney problem & heart attack also.
hope next week test, the result is good otherwise you gonna do blood transfusion.

btw, last month I was admitted to the hospital for a week because of 'herpes zoster ophthalmicus'..
i use my company medic card..it save my penny to paid it..so,have a medic card is good,it save us the unknown day.

just make it a habit to hv oatmeal every morning... that will handle your cholesterol problem...

tomorrow can only hv porridge the whole day... and water only for the night... need to flush everything before the procedure...#:-S

what a pity... even in homeland, its a headache to look for a decent place to stay...
dont know for what reason, we let our places infested...
if it is for the oil wells, why do we still pay high taxes...
good intention but not well distributed...
thats why i love this land soooo much...:))

yup... year end... lots of stuff need to be done...
i just came back from my 1 week++ holiday or rather spending quality time at home... blocked off all numbers related to office... and just enjoy my time...
watched this movie "HOBBIT" last evening... i should have known what would come and now have to wait for the sequel... darn...
and next time, better watch the normal 2D rather than the 3D...

sooo... how is it?
how about areas like setiawangsa or wangsamaju/sri rampai there?
near to lrt station and only a few minutes away from klcc...:D
a semi furnished might not be that expensive...:p
and those areas may not be infested yet... it wasnt when i was there sometime in 2009... dont know abt now..:)

I called some agents and owners but have not found my dream home. Haha. Went to Sanderson in seri kembangan. Nice place, resort style but the area is still being developed. Construction here n there so i dont think i'll be happy with the noise.

i dont think it would be that bad...
inside the house with all windows close, you wont hear a thing...
not that much at least...

it is sunday...
but then, sunday is my normal working day... saturday too...
i rest on friday... every friday...
and tuesday every other week...
after a few years of this arrangement, im kinda like it...
working on weekends is not bad at all...
only me at the office and my maintenance crew at the 2 plants...
and ive plenty of time to be infront of my pc like this.... :D:))

i was on leave last week from the 5th until the 13th...
came back to work yesterday...

few things happened...

one of my crew passed away on the 7th...
high blood pressure > 200...
he was 45... 2 kids in college... 2 in secondary school... and 1 in kindergarden... wife not working... hmmmm...
quite a few times during my morning briefing, i highlighted to them on the important of doing a health screening especially when youre > 40...
but how many take heed of that... gheeee...
especially now that the gov (socso/perkeso) has provided a free voucher for a yearly medical checkup, how many take advantage of that???
why people are so ignorant of this...
in a way, its kinda selfish...
because those that will suffer later on are those that are left behind...
is it not macho to go to the clinic???
some even told me that they prefer traditional remedy than pills or tablets...
i told them... take it together... pills and tablets are proven and a regular visit to the clinic will help to monitor...
but if only taking traditional remedy, how do we know we are ok or not???? aissshhhhhh...
most of the times.... it is easier to deal with younger people than this older groups....

on the 13th... abt 20K was missing from the cash stock/safe...
now everybody is pointing fingers at each other...
i wasnt around during the time... so ill be the observer and the 'advisor'... #:-S
if this things goes up... everyone involved may get suspended, then the DI... including the boss...
he seems very worried yet hes playing golf today...:-?

Will get the key for my new place today. *grins* i'm planning to move on d 2nd.
