Job description
-To design, implement and coordinate on VOIP solution
-To perform routine move (To add and make changes as per requested)
-To identify and to monitor any incident regarding VOIP
-To investigate and to avoid potential service escalation
-To analyze phone records resulting in cost saving and proposed solution to clients reported issue
Job requirement
-Diploma or degree, SPM is acceptable if with experience
-Able to work under minimal supervision
-2 year working experience is preferable
-Able to speak well in both Bahasa Melayu and English
